MEET OUR TEAM
Carolyn has been in the travel industry for over 25 years. In 2006 Carolyn became President of Centrum Travel and has since developed a very successful corporate division within the company. Carolyn's devotion is to client satisfaction; she will go above and beyond to ensure all of our clients' needs are met.
John has over 25 years' experience working within the travel industry. He began as a leisure agent, but eventually saw his expertise was better suited for the fast pace of the corporate world. His extensive knowledge of international destinations and quick computer skills have proven to be invaluable to his clients.
Krysten has been in the travel industry since 2009, with extensive experience in corporate travel. Her attention to detail and thorough organizational skills make her an asset to both corporate and leisure clients. Krysten not only has a vast background in travel but also sales, marketing and customer service and is continually developing her professional portfolio through specialized training and webinars.
Sherri Hickey

Sherri joined the travel industry in 2002.
She has traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean, cruising many of the islands aboard a variety of cruise lines.
She has also visited Hawaii a number of times, and her firsthand knowledge of the islands has helped many of our clients plan the Hawaiian vacation of their dreams.
Sandra McMurray

Sandra has been working in the travel industry for 33 years. She has recently travelled to Croatia, Bosnia, China, and Ireland, and has also been to New Zealand and Kenya. She has been on many cruises, including Caribbean and Mediterranean, as well as a Danube river cruise.
She has been to Disney World, Disneyland, and has sailed with Disney Cruise Line several times.
Brooke joined the travel industry in 2017, graduating with honors from Algonquin College, she obtained her diploma in Tourism and Travel, and received her TICO license.
She has traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean, while she was a flight attendant charting Down South Destinations.
She is constantly learning the business,
and eager to help clients plan their perfect vacation.

Starting in 1996, Shelley has built a customer base who trust her extensive knowledge of Mexico and the Caribbean to book the perfect resort or cruise to fit their needs.
She is a Certified Sandals Specialist as well as a Group Coordinator for Leisure Travel.
Shelley has travelled to the Mediterranean on Azamara Cruise Lines.
Her wanderlust for exotic travel has taken her to Europe, Turkey, Tunisia and the great pyramids of Egypt, but but she left her heart in Italy!

Kim has been in the travel industry for over 25 years. She has extensive knowledge in booking the perfect getaway in Canada, a beach vacation in the Caribbean, a scenic cruise and land stay in Alaska, or a discovery tour through parts of Europe.
She has booked groups large and small, taking care of all the details for a memorable family vacation or a fun get together for friends.
