How long before my flight leaves do I have to be at the airport ?
You need to be at the airport far enough ahead of time to ensure that you have ample time to check in and pass through security. The specific amount of time varies by airport and destination. For some charter flights three hours is recommended. For domestic flights on scheduled airlines one hour may be sufficient. Always check with your travel agent for specific information regarding your flights.
Do I need travel insurance ?
Cancellation and trip interruption insurance is recommended for almost everyone. Unexpected illnesses and accidents can affect our travel plans at almost anytime. Cancellation penalties imposed by airlines, package vacation wholesalers and cruise lines are severe. If you are forced to cancel your travel plans for an unexpected emergency the last thing you need to worry about is the loss of the amount of money you paid.
